  • When can I start using the StretchPatch?
Stretch Marks You can use the StretchPatch right away and apply it on your stretch marks anywhere on your body. If you are a nursing mother, you need to wait to use the StretchPatch until you are no longer breastfeeding. New Accident or Surgical Scars You need to wait until your skin is healed and there is no oozing or crusting in the area. Your stitches are removed, and you are cleared by your doctor or dermatologist to use the StretchPatch. You should NOT apply the StretchPatch a open wound. Old Accident or Surgical Scars You can use the StretchPatch right away if your skin is already fully healed.
  • Can I use the StretchPatch anywhere on my body?
Yes! When used as directed, the StretchPatch can be used on any part of the body except mucous membranes (eyes, mouth, genitals, nose...etc.), including open wounds, and areas with active acne lesions. For hard-to-reach areas like the scalp or ears, you can also cut and tailor the StretchPatch to size. Always follow the detailed instructions on the back of your packaging.
  • I have large stretch marks or scars, what can I do?"
The StretchPatch is available in two convenient sizes (Mild Formula: 3.9 x 7in; and Original Formula: 7.8 x 5.9in) to treat scars of various shapes and sizes. The StretchPatch can be cut to suite the shape or size of the stretch mark or scar. The patch should extend one quarter inch beyond the applied area on all sides.
  • How long will it take to see results?
You can see results as little as just one use, but results will vary. Permanent improvements in overall skin apperance can be seen as little as 3 to 5 weeks. For highest efficiency we recomend our High Potecny product lines.
  • I have a keloid scar, will the StretchPatch work?"
StretchPatch works on hypertrophic scars and keloids, which have a raised and discolored appearance. These types of scars may result from surgical procedures, skin injuries, and burns. Again, results will vary.
  • How long should I wear the StretchPatch hydrogel sheet?
Each StretchPatch sheet should be worn a minimum of 10 hours per day, provided it is removed and the covered area is washed daily. The longer the ingredients are in contact with your skin, the faster you can see results. Please dispose of each sheet after one use.
  • How is The StretchPatch different from silicone patches?
Silicone patches like Dermaclara and Sio Beauty are good in their own category, however, they only contain silicone to be used as a skin barrier and are usually much smaller in coverage of the area in need. The StretchPatch works with over 18 ingredients to aid skin regeneration, keeping the area hydrated and boosting collagen production with a long-lasting, comfortable, large-size application. This unique combination of ingredients is one of the best methods to address scars, stretch marks, acne scars, and even cellulitis. Therefore if you are looking for the extra boost, comfortable wear and happen to be allergic to silicone applications, the StretchPatch is the right product for your skin.
  • Is the StretchPatch safe to use?
Yes! We use FDA approved ingredients/components in the patches and they are also in line with the FDA Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP) which is an FDA post-market reporting system for use by manufacturers, packers, and distributors of cosmetic products that are in commercial distribution in the United States.
  • Does the StretchPatch have any side effects?
As with any topical material applied directly to the skin’s surface, some reactions (usually a sweat rash) are possible. In the unlikely event you have a negative reaction, stop using the StretchPatch. After your skin has returned to normal, you may reapply the StretchPatch for short periods of time and gradually increase the hours of usage (not to exceed 10 hours), while monitoring the scar area for signs of negative reaction. If you continue to have a problem, discontinue use and consult your physician. We generally recommend starting with the Sensitive Skin Formula and increasing the formula strength based on your results.
  • Generally good to know....
We recommend using your patch overnight. Please re-seal the product package after every use to preserve the quality of the remaining patches. DO NOT mix any other skin treatments on or near the covered area. The StretchPatch is best applied after a shower or bath to completely dry skin. Keep your StretchPatch away from heat or direct sunlight. Remove your patch at least 30 minutes before entering a shower, bath, or pool.
